This is certainly one of the most relevant topics in the middle tn market right now. Seems like all the homes around me are being purchased by people from California! Nice folks for sure, but we miss our long time neighbors! Definitely a tough time to compete with offers on shelbyville real estate listings when going against California money 🙂
